b. From Central Valley, California this Cabernet Sauvignon tells a nice story of nature and hard viticulture labor, and appreciated aging for 24 months in premium American oak barrels. This powerful, full bodied wine presents rich oak characteristics, and has a long finish with a hint of dark chocolate and coffee. Enjoy alongside a rich steak or grilled lamb.

Schwartz Select Merlot has been crafted using grapes
selected from the heart of Lodi, California, a growing region with nice sandy
lam soil and a maritime climate. This wine is fruity with hints of black
cherry, raspberry, and plum coming across the palate very pleasantly. Its
medium tannin and acidity balance allow for a soft finish. Pairs well with
chicken and turkey with lots of herbs, and compliments beef stew as well.
Enjoy!

A Red Blend
In the hectic harvest of 2014, our winemakers decided to take on a challenge and blend some red grapes (Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah) rather than mixing finished wines. The wine was then aged for 26 months in premium American oak barrels, and the results are for you to judge. Having the advantage of complex characteristics fermenting all together, this wine is medium-bodied and displays well rounded, rich floral aromas. Schwartz Hybrid 2014 pairs well with easy spiced beef and lamb dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon, as common as it is, can never be appreciated enough as demonstrated in this bottle of Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from Central Valley, California. This wine presents a mixture of dark berries aromas with a hint of pepper. In the mouth there is coffee and vanilla with a long mint finish.

This wine loves beef BBQ and heavy spiced dishes.
